Children from the five London boroughs which will host the Games in 2012 have been working on a project called Welcoming the World, which involved creating their own videos about their local community. The pupils of Columbia Primary School in Tower Hamlets produced this video about their families.
Boy: My family is quite small. I have two sisters.

Girl: Going to shopping centres.
Girl: Going to the cinema and going for long walks.
Boy: We like travelling to different places.
Girl: Travelling around the world.
Girl: Me and my sister like playing with our dolls house.

Girl: we like to watch the Simpsons.
Boy: I play chess with my family.
Girl: Going in the big field and playing football with my brother.
Boy: I listen to Michael Jackson mixed with Tupac.
Girl: We like to play It and sometimes Catch.
Boy: Things like hide and seek and
Girl: normally my brother wins,
Girl: it's a bit annoying
Boy: and whoever wins, gets to choose what we eat for Lunch.
Boy: It's kind of fun. We don't do it seriously just like
Girl: playing in my garden, there.
