Spectators with tickets in areas 1 and 3 of The Mall (south) should arrive via Victoria rail station.
Spectators with tickets in areas 5 and 6 of The Mall should arrive via Charing Cross rail station.
If you’re travelling from outside London, you should book your rail tickets in advance. Special 2012 Games Train Tickets are available for London 2012 ticket holders.

Your ticket will show you which spectator area you’re in. Please make sure you use the right station as you will not be able to cross the route inside the venue on the day.
For areas 1 and 3 (south):
Victoria – around 20-minute walk
Westminster – around 15-minute walk
St James’s Park – around 10-minute walk
For areas 2 and 4 (north):
Green Park – around 10-minute walk
For areas 5 and 6 (Marathon only):
Charing Cross – around 10-minute walk

If you have a ticket in areas 1 and 3 (south) and wish to travel by bus, we recommend you arrive at Victoria bus station.
River
The Mall is located close to the River Thames. Westminster Pier is the closest pier to the venue. River services run from Putney in the west and Woolwich Arsenal and Greenwich in the east.
Your Games Travelcard entitles you to one-third off the cost of river services – we recommend you book in advance
Coach
For spectators with tickets to areas 1 and 3 (south), Victoria coach station is around 20 minutes’ walk from the venue.

Guided walks offer an opportunity to travel to your venue on foot with experienced walk leaders, giving you confidence that you will arrive on time without getting lost! Trained volunteers will meet you at a convenient start point and lead you to or from the venue in groups of up to 30. Cycling
Free, secure, managed cycle parking will be provided north of the venue at Green Park, Lancaster House and Canada Gate, and south of the venue at Westminster City School. You can view new routes using the London Cycling Guide covering the area. Alternatively, plan your journey by bike using the spectator journey planner
If you’re thinking of cycling, why not join a 2012 Games guided cycle ride. These rides offer an opportunity to travel with an experienced ride leader, on audited routes. The rides are up to an hour long and are suitable for families. You’ll need your own bike but the rides are free. Find out more and reserve your place
Please note that bike locks will not be provided at the venue so remember to bring one with you.
Accessible travel
For areas 1 and 3 (The Mall - South), Westminster is the recommended station with step-free access and staff assistance available. For areas 2 and 4 (The Mall - North), Green Park is the recommended station with step-free access and staff assistance.
Charing Cross and Victoria National Rail stations are step-free from platform to street level.

London's buses have low floors and provide audio and visual information. There is one wheelchair space per bus.
Westminster and Embankment Piers and Thames river services are also accessible options for this venue.
Limited, pre-booked accessible parking will be provided close to the venue for disabled spectators who are UK Blue Badge holders or members of an equivalent national scheme. This must be booked in advance
