River
Your Games Travelcard entitles you to one-third off the cost of river services. From Greenwich Pier it’s about a 15-minute walk to the venue. River services should be booked in advance
Coach
There are 2012 Games coach services running to the Greenwich Park on cross-country day (30 July). Services are planned to arrive at the venue for the start of sessions, and must be booked in advance. The Games Travelcard does not cover coach journeys.
Park-and-ride
Park-and-ride services will run to Greenwich Park on cross-country day (30 July). Park-and-ride and park-and-rail services are not included in the price of your event ticket and must be booked in advance

Walking
Walking is a good way to reach Greenwich Park from many locations. Greenwich is linked to the Docklands on the north of the river by the Greenwich foot tunnel and is also on the Thames Path, which runs along the River Thames from central London.

Guided walks offer an opportunity to travel to your venue on foot with experienced walk leaders, giving you confidence that you will arrive on time without getting lost! Trained volunteers will meet you at a convenient start point and lead you to or from the venue in groups of up to 30. Cycling
Free, secure, managed cycle parking will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own cycle lock.
Greenwich Park is located on a number of cycle paths that run along the River Thames and on national cycle routes 1, 4 and 21.

If you’re thinking of cycling, why not join a 2012 Games guided cycle ride. These rides offer an opportunity to travel with an experienced ride leader, on audited routes. Please note that bike locks will not be provided at the venue so remember to bring one with you.
Accessible travel
Greenwich is the recommended station with step-free access and staff assistance available. An accessible shuttle service will run from Greenwich station to the venue. Greenwich Pier also has step-free access.

London's buses have low floors and provide audio and visual information. There is one wheelchair space per bus.
Limited, pre-booked accessible parking will be provided close to the venue for disabled spectators who are UK Blue Badge holders or members of an equivalent national scheme.
If you are arriving at West Silvertown, an accessible shuttle will run from the station to the venue.
In addition, if you are travelling to Greenwich Park for the cross-country on 30 July, wheelchair spaces can be booked on 2012 Games coach services and acccessible spaces can be pre-booked at park-and-ride sites. Shuttles serving the park-and-ride sites will be suitable for disabled spectators, including wheelchair users.
