Yasmine Davies

Yasmine has been a very committed and enthusiastic member of the YA team for two years. This year she recently became a Gold YA supporting the sports development team across the City as well as in her school and local community.. . Yasmine has gone from a non participant in sport and physical activity to netball player and coach. She shows sincere enthusiasm for encouraging young people to take part in sport after she found the love for it.. . Yasmine has assisted at a number of events across the city, from the Active Swansea Sports Awards, TATA kids of steel triathlon and launch of the adiZone in a local school. She also helped plan and deliver a training session for new adiStars from secondary schools across the City. Her bubbly personality and excellent communication skills were exemplified on the course, working well with the new YA's, to enthuse them into the YA movement and promote the Olympic and Paralympic Games. . .
