Wendy Stead

Wendy is a member of her local athletic club and participates in many events throughout the year. She assisted in setting up the local school running club for children between the ages of 5 to 11. Wendy participates in coaching the children and is hoping to put forward a school cross country team in 2011 for the first time.

She is also part of a 'Mums Running Group' based in the local community and with her 20 years of running experience has been able to pass on sound advice to mums returning to fitness.

As well as Wendy's sporting interests, she is also a Trustee and Treasurer of her local Day Nursery which is a registered charity.

Through her paticipation in sport Wendy is a focused member of staff. She is supportive to others in helping them achieve their personal bests in all aspects of work and leisure.
