5 years ago, I had an experience that deeply affected me. I was driving to work one day when I came across a girl who had fallen ill and driven into the guard rail. I stayed with her while we waited for the ambulance to arrive. I checked her vital signs and made sure she was breathing correctly. Most importantly, I did all I could to reassure her and calm her down. Best of all, out of this accident grew a lasting friendship.
