Vicky Olive

I should like to nominate my daughter Vicky. Vicky has just had her 16th birthday and ever since her first day at junior school when she was a shy 8 year old she has become an active participant of local and national children's' issues. Vicky is now the deputy member of the Youth Parliament for Poole having been lasts year's full member. Last year she gave a speech in the House of Commons on children's rights. She is active member of the National Children's Board, the Poole Youth Forum, the Poole Children's & young People's Shadow Board and has been for many years and she is now a helper at the local Brownie group and the local athletics club. She has recently volunteered to help out at the local library during the summer to promote the children's summer reading challenge.
