I am nominating Trevor for this moment to shine because he is a selfless person.Over many years he has raised lots of money for the Trinity Hospice here in the Fylde. I can't name how many marathons he has run but there have been loads! He is in his late 60's now and couldn't believe it when he told us he was going to run again this year. He did it and finished it to raise money for such a worthy cause .I wonder if that was his last marathon as his son has now started to run them.He never wants publicity for what he does and I admire him greatly for all his efforts and would be very proud to see him carry the Olympic torch.I 've raised £25,000 for the local Hospice over the last 39 years. I completed a total of 19 marathons including the London Marathon 16 times. I also trained my son and he has now completed 4 London Marathons raising £7.500 for the same charity.
