I am nominating Tracy Round because she has worked ceaselessly to improve life for the pupils of St. John`s Primary School, Stafford in several ways:- 1.) By being a fantastic Teaching Assistant and showing real empathy with pupils who have special needs enabling them to achieve their potential besides warmly supporting other pupils who respond very positively to her. 2.) By voluntarily giving up her time before and after school to organise athletics, dance, cross country and netball clubs for the benefit of many youngsters at St. John`s. 3.) By willingly sharing her considerable skills in dance to support and share in directing school performances of a very high standard. 4.) By inspiring me, as a teacher, to produce shows by always being there to encourage and advise and keeping up the spirits of all involved. 5.) By working as a guide leader in Stafford, taking guides away each summer. 6.) By being a true friend for the past 12 years in her selfless and understanding way. Tracy is not from a privileged background but she has achieved outstandingly well in her professional life besides being a loyal, reliable and trustworthy friend and colleague. Her selfless, good humoured nature makes her well respected by all with whom she comes into contact, in school and beyond.
