Tracy King

Tracy has led a brownie unit of over 24 children, for over 3 years. Tracy spends alot of her own time organising activities including camping trips, day trips which are beneficial to the children in the unit. Tracy also deals with all the administrative and book-keeping aspects to ensure that the brownie unit is run within budget and within legal guidelines associated with working with children. Tracy actively encourages the children to work towards achieving their best by offering support and encouragement when working towards completing their Badges. Tracy works with a range of children from differing backgrounds so that they are all treated equally and are given the same opportunities which in turn builds their confidence which will help them in the adult world. Tracy is always looking for new ways to develop the children, making learning fun and exciting.
