Tracey has been an exceptional School Sports Ambassador for the SWLSSP. She regularly gives up her time to inspire youngsters in the partnership to participate in school sport and activities.In her role as Gold Ambassador she has continually promoted the Olympic and Paralympic values in all her work. Using the power of the Get Set website and the inspiration of London 2012 she has successfully introduced Bronze Ambassadors into all our primary schools for the first time. To launch this new initiative she was responsible for leading training sessions to her peers. Coordinating and delivering truly inspirationally workshops for the Bronze Ambassadors to enable them to start in their new role. Bronze Ambassador are now busy inspiring thousands of young people in their schools tasked by Tracey. This includes each school promoting the Olympic values through postcard competition; country Olympic banners to be paraded at the Young Ambassador led Mini Olympics. This event is coordinated is being by Tracey leading a team of 150 Ambassadors that will be attended by over 600 young people from our Partnership. The impact of the Bronze Ambassadors is being acknowledged by many teachers. Stephen a head quotes "Our Bronze Ambassadors are little super stars leading assemblies and really inspiring staff and pupils.' Tracey is an exemplary role model who gives unselfishly in a very unassuming modest way on top of fulfilling a very demanding academic schedule.
