Tracey is an inspirational example of someone who provides a service to her local community, using her time and kindness to change the lives of others. Tracey's full-time job involves challenging work with young people in the criminal justice system, making positive changes to their lives to avoid a pattern of re-offending. She works above and beyond the call of duty, on call to provide support to young people in psychological and emotional distress. The impact of Tracey's work is seen as young people, once at risk and involved in crime, return to studies, need no further support from the Youth Offending Team and even progress to higher education. She volunteers with Age Concern UK as a 'Befriender', a regular commitment of her time, company and care to a vulnerable elderly person and is an active supporter of charities including DogsTrust, AICR, Cancer Research and Unicef.
