Toro's nomination story

Toro is a truly inspiration to me:Firstly Toro has always been involved on our local comunity, every year he takes part to a diferent types of progects in order to fundraising money for local charities, such us: ''Walk for life'' is a 10km walk in order to rise awareness of hiv/aids and to collect donation, since Toro moved in this country and found out that some of his best friends had been diagnostic with hiv, he started to be involved with different organization in order to support people living with hiv. Every year Toro runs the London Marathon, last April toro run the marathon again for Terrence Higgins Trust and raised 1.340.00 for them.this year Toro decided to take part the BUBA London run, and to support Emergency Charity organization thats supports victims of war especially in Africa,Toro's parents live in Italy, last year his mum which is 68yo had been diagnostic with Dementia type alzheimer, since Toro could not give enough support to his mum, from london. he decided to volontary here; toro has been collaborating with alzheimer society for the last 12 months, taking part to different progect in order to give love and serenity to people and their career living with alzheimer.Toro is a Store Manager, he has a team of 20 people, I am sure that all of his team love him, especially for his big hurt and always willing to help others.toro has different customers in his shop that are Deaf, in order tobe able to comunicate to them,Toro decided to take a course in BSL.
