Tim is an inspiration to everyone he works with. Tim is new to his role, however he has taken to the job perfectly. He has continued to raise his game each quarter, he is now a team leader for his Manager. He has compiled training packages, he has conducted on the job training roll outs. Tim is a person who is confident, clever, an ambassador for the company, he is a winner. He is passionate that we all succeed, he is well respected by his peers and customers alike. For someone so new to the role he is a inspiration to us all.
