Tim Isterling

Tim, aged 19, voulenters a lot of his time working with young people. he spends approx 9 hours a week prepearing and delivering youth drop in sessions and childrens after schools clubs. during the past year Tim has ran three succesful kids and young peoples groups. one for ages 7-11 one for 10-13 and one for 12 +. he has doen all this whilst work towards a BND adventure sports award. this is the same equivelnt of a-levels.

Tim was born with a cleft lip and pallet and this should have an impact on his speach however tim has overcome this and leads from the front and it has no impact upon the work and his speach. he is one amazing young person!
