Thomas's nomination story

Thomas is an ex-butler who had a motorbike accident almost ten years ago. He was in a wheelchair for almost two and half years whilst learning to walk again without crutches.

As a disabled student, Thomas attended the Queen Elizabeth Training College for two years. Initially studying to become a travel agent, Thomas became a lot stronger and more confident as time progressed and, after talking to a Thomas Cook Overseas representative at a Travel & Tourism fair, realised his dream to become a Thomas Cook Overseas rep that has since come true.

Thomas' success story is used to inspire new and existing employees to show that anything is possible if you try. Thomas is proud to be a representative of the company and always introduces himself as "Thomas from Thomas Cook" at his welcome meetings and regularly receives customer commendations and letters of thanks.
