Tom Hack

Hi i would like to nominate my Son Tom Hack, he is aged 18 and has suffered from Kidney disease since he was aged 7. We are now at the stage where he will soon require a transplant Despite times of ill health Tom has always been active from Cubs & Scouts and he became a Junior Leader, Ilfracombe Mayors Cadet and running an after school's hockey club. He also went on a month long charity trip to Kenya to help build schools and community project
