Tom Baker

Tom is highly committed to the EHS and welfare of all people who work or come on to site at Nailsea. Since joining the department I have seen first-hand his commitment and drive towards achieving EHS excellence, which has been acknowledged in the site being awarded Global Star status, and continual improvement. He has an open door policy and welcomes, and encourages, thoughts and ideas from staff on how processes and procedures can be changed to make them better / safer. He respects others and in turn is a highly respected member of staff.He views everyone on site, regardless of whether they are a employee or contractor, as an equal in terms of EHS and doesn't discriminate.I think Tom should be recognised for his dedication and enthusiasm to EHS and helping make GE a safer place to work.
