Winning performance - Teg is a fundamental asset to Field Sales at Cadbury. He turns every store into a winning Cadbury number one, permanently working overtime to build relationships and push sales. In addition, he trains new starters including myself, encouraging us to reach his high standards and exceed within the Business. When management is on holiday, Teg takes on the responsibility. When team members are off sick, Teg covers their ground. When you need a helping hand, day or night, you can always rely on him. Yet, Teg's achievements remain unrecognised. He gave me the motivation to succeed and I am now in a new role on the Sales Management Scheme. However, I want his hard work and dedication to get recognised. I want him to be finally rewarded for his own personal achievements. Every day he shows his personal best, and for this reason, I nominate Teg to be a Torchbearer in London 2012.
