Sue Swanborough

Sue inspires many people through her amazing energy and passion to unlock the potential in others through enabling them to believe more in themselves. She is passionate about the role that the Human Resources function can play in doing this and speaks at conferences to spread the message. Within her business she has helped to nurture and strengthen the much valued (and award-winning) culture and one of Sue's many defining and most inspiring impacts has been educating and developing the organisation's understanding and value placed on building trust - at all levels. This extends beyond work as she focuses on building the self esteem of all those she comes across - whether it is helping an individual to rebuild a sense of worth following a redundancy, coming to terms with cancer or those feeling that their life was transformed through seeing things differently. Sue has also enabled groups of people to see ways in which they can contribute to the communities in which they live.
