My wife Sue has been engaged in Charitable Projects for many years now both in this country and internationally. She has spent two three week visits working in Schools the Maldivian Islands following the Tsunami, three weeks in Cambodia building a Community Centre with Actionaide and has just returned from a three week visit to Uganda with TWAM, whom she has fund-raised and collected for the past 10years. She has also run the Race for Life for the past 9 years raising funds for Breast Cancer. She also ensures several of our elderly neighbours are contacted regularly, taking them shopping and to the doctors and their hospital visits. Despite being asthmatic she runs regularly each week and she maintains a healthy lifestyle and loves all sports. I'm really proud really of her. She is so inspirational to so many people and being a torchbearer would explicitly recognise her good works.
