Susie Knights

Susie is the Finance and Communications Manager at the YMCA. in Norfolk She is at present in charge of a programme to raise one million pounds to provide new accomodation for homeless young people. These are due to open May 2012 and to date she has helped to raise £615,000.00. She is confident that she will raise the complete amount by the opening date. Three times a year she gathers together a group of people to sleep for a night on the streets of Norwich to raise both money and awareness of this problem.. The first time she raised £3000.00, the second £5000.00 and the third will take place in January 2012, when it should be really cold! Additionally she was also involved in getting Gen. Sir Richard Dannant (Ex Chief of Armed Forces) and other notable citizens of Norwich to do it and they raised £8000.00.
