I think the nomination should be successful because of Susan's contribution to the community both through Lloyds Banking Group and outside it. Despite a very demanding job, she gives up a lot of time at weekends to help others, showing compassion and values that many people will admire and look to. The valuable work that Susan does in the community helps people that otherwise may not be able to get the help they so desperately need.

Within the work environment, Susan's involvement with community initiatives inspires colleagues to follow her lead.
