Stuart Robinson

Staurt Robinson set up the local swimming club in Appleby when the new pool was built.Stuart was also on the fund-raising committee to build the new pool. The swimming club was open to all local youngsters and he created a great place for the young ones to come and get fit as well as learn to swim and compete in local swimming galas.

Stuart has represented Great Britain many times in the World Championships as well as competing all over the UK and winning his age group many times.

He then set up an annual triathlon event for juniors which became part of the national events for juniors and even had the Brownlee brothers competing.

He's recently set up a junior triathlon club and is helping youngsters get fit and enjoy the sport he loves so much.
