Stuart is a selfless, inspiring and dedicated young man who works tirelessly for charitable endeavours. In 2010 Stuart conceived, organised and led a charity bike ride, beginning in RAF Cranwell and ending at the Eiffel Tower in Paris, cycling around 450 miles and raising £3000 for the RAFBF. Stuart is an assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, and takes pleasure in assisting groups who visit the Lake District. He has also given much of his time to the local RAF Cadet Squadron, eagerly passing on his knowledge to the cadets and assisting the staff whenever he is able. Stuart has done all of the above and more whilst studying full time for a degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Loughborough University. He is an outstanding individual and would be a worthy candidate to carry the Olympic Torch in 2012.
