Stephen's nomination story

Stephen is a former designate who successfully transferred into the core BP crew a few years ago, and is now developing at a good pace. He is a winner of a Tallow Chandler gold medal in 2007, where his dedication to his chosen career career at BP in offshore operations and his wide range of outside commitments was justly praised. Stephen is a member of the RNLI and has been recognised for bravery as a result of rescuing a drowning man from Peterhead harbour. In both his professional and personal life, Stephen exemplifies the Olympic values of excellence, respect and friendship, and is therefore a worthy Olympic torchbearer.
