Stephen Mcilmoyle

I would like to nominate Stephen to carry the Olympic torch. He is getting married on the 27th July 2012 the day of the Olympic ceremony and it would be a great honour to carry the torch, and would also make his wedding day extra special. Stephen has had a tough time in recent years he lost his best friend to suicide in 2006, that knocked him, he has stayed in regular contact with his friends parents visiting them ecah month and talking on the phone. He is a real comfort for them and they think so much of his kindness towards them, he will never replace Gareth but he makes things easier for them. Stephen has had a hard time since the beginning of the recession he lost his job due to redundancy and was unemployed for a few years. Even though he found money tight he was able to save little bit, and soon had enough to buy an engagement ring for his girlfriend. They set there wedding date as the 27th July 2012 not realising that was the date of the openning ceremony of the olympic games in London. They have decided to have the olympic theme to their day.
