Steve Hall

For over 12 years Stephen, with his wife Barbara, have been vital to the running of Redcar Gymnastics Club. After taking over a disused garage, the club trained an Olympic athlete and is now busy trying to attract the funds for new premises. They are an extremely busy club and produce many high performers despite the limited facilities. Stephen gives so much of his time leading the club and his outstanding personal qualities have enabled him to build a strong team of helpers and coaches. Redcar Gym club is an important part of the local community and for his passion and energy, Stephen Hall would make a great carrier of the Olympic Torch. Though Mr. Hall would be unable to run due to a back problem, he is an excellent walker!
