After suffering with asthma through my teenage years I fought to join the Royal Marines to prove to myself I was capable of beating my illness. I was lucky enough to represent The Marines at Football and serve six exciting years. After years of football Rugby and running Marathons I took on the challenge of rowing across the Atlantic Ocean. First 3000 miles East to West Then 2500 miles West to East. the second time setting a new world record of 39 days. I now try to do regular presentations to pass on my experiences and encourage people to face their challenges and expand their lives.
