Steve Darke

Stephen works in the AIS team in Operations Control. He is an inspiration to others around him due to his positive attitude and spirit He has recently written a book called " Reaching for a Rainbow"- A practical guide to living alongside cancer' sharing his experiences and thoughts in overcoming his battle with cancer. This offers hope and a glimer of light during dark times for people affected by this illness. It gives guidance to others in a straight forward, down to earth manner. He is a very warm and friendly person and I think he deserves to carry the torch as Stephen represents light, hope and positive spirit.
