An example of Spencer going the extra mile was when one of his customers came into the store crying as a photo company had deleted all of her photos from her phones memory card. Spencer could of said sorry we cant do any thing BUT what he did was going the extra mile...... He googled for any apps / services that could restore deleted photos from memory cards.... He found one down loaded it and restored the customer photos (this took about an hour) when he handed back the phone with the photos back on the card the customer started to cry again due to the fact some of the photos were of her daughters new born baby. He also runs workshops in breakdancing and other physical activities. Work has been done to miprove the conifdence of excluded and special needs children
