Sophie Harris

Sophie is an inspirational young sportswoman , she attended Lincoln ladies academy from the age of ten being ther first choice goalkeeper ,whilst there she got called up for the England ladies training camp at the age of 12 playing her first England game for the u15's at the age of 13 . After achieving excellent GCSE results she is attending the Arsenal football academy studying sports science alongside her football commitments playing for Arsenal ladies reserves , she continues to play for England having played in Poland this easter for the u17 in the european championships ,where she impressed coaches so much that she is now part of the U19 squad at the age of 16. Sophie has achieved all of the above whilst also being a great support to her mum while she has been fighting her illness against cancer, Carrying the torch through Lincolnshire would be a great honour for Sophie and lovely reward for all her achievments at a young age.
