Simon Mcferran

Simon is the souvenir secretary on the IOM - he has shown the biggest growth in sales in wales & west Mercia for RLNI - he give up space in his own shop for RNLI souvenirs. He is present at every outside event & searches for any other opportunities which he can set up at. He drives the agenda of the RLNI as the heart & soul of the team. 2 or 3 more like him would be amazing.
