Simon Betreen

A fundraiser who works tirelessly for charity, primarily the RMHC charity where a home from home is provided for parents of really sick children in hospital. He has not cycled a bike since he was a child. Disregarding this he has gone to the length of buying a top of the range bike, along with all the equipment in order for him to be able to complete a Charity bike ride from London to Paris in September in aid of RMHC. He was lets say, not the healthiest person in the world and yet he has transformed his life around to be able raise money for RMHC. He trains daily on his bike, and has even joined the gym which he attends 3 days a week for 3 hour sessions. He started of cycling for a few miles at a time and has gradually made his way up to cycle rides of 70+miles every night. Now that is dedication to his challenge, and is well on the way to making a lot of money for RMHC long the way.
