Sheila's nomination story

Mrs Ingram does lots of charity work, and over the years has looked after lots of old people where she lives until they have passed away and still does. She shops for them, she cleans for them, and she has a very disabled 80 year old husband with no legs, who she also cares for, as well as looking after old people around her, she cooks for them, and goes shopping for them, she collects their prescriptions from the doctors, and gets there medication, she takes their pets to the vets, she also pays their bills, she is 74 nearly 75 herself and spends all of her time caring and looking after others, without payment and is a true inspiration, to everyone she comes into contact with. She is so excited about the Olympics and it would be fantastic if someone for once gave her something in life, she has spent most of her life looking after and caring for others without any form of payment or gratitude, and still does to this day.
