Shaun Campbell

I would like to nominate Shaun Campbell as a Torchbearer. Shaun is the person behind the campaign to honour Arthur Wharton, the world's first black professional footballer and world record holder for the 100 yard sprint. Shaun Campbell is using Wharton's story to inspire young people and educate them about racism. I think his hard work and work ethic should be rewarded and he clearly deserves to carry the Flame. Shaun promotes values: respect, excellence and friendship. He is a sport fan and it will be a proud moment for him to be involved in Olympic Torch Relay.
