Sharon Napier

I am so delighted to be taking part in the London 2012 Torch Relay. I was nominated by my company. I have dedicated the past 20 years working for an excellent organisation. I have been lucky enough to be trained as an Orange Belt as part of our global improvement programe to help us reach operational excellence. This has given me the opportunity to pass my skills onto others and help us achieve our aim of becoming world class in all that we do. This is our equivalent to reaching Olympic sporting standards. Carrying the torch is a once in a lifetime opportunity that means so much not only to me but my family and friends too. I will be thinking of my dispairing PE teachers when I carry the torch through my city with pride!
