Sharon Barton

She is a very strong advocate in the Consumer Legal Team for doing the right thing for external customers. She constantly pushes for improving the position for our customers and ensuring that our products and propositions are clear, simple and honest. She's a great asset to the Legal Team due to the way in which she will always argue the customer's point of view and legal rights, whilst recognising the challenges of the business. Her strength of belief in the importance of our customers is second to none - she truly goes the extra mile for customers. Sharon has also helped the Salvation Army over the last 3 years at Christmas time volunteering for events they hold.
