Seb's nomination story

Over the past 5 years I have helped train people for long jump at Oundle School, Corby AC and Leeds University. I am athletics captain at Leeds University and spend 6 hours of my week helping to train and advise over 30 people. I also spend my spair time thinking and researching ways of improving the trining sessions to help the clubs athletes. He has also spent the time outside of these hours thinking of ways of improving the training for the athletes in the club. Currently I am in the middle of organising the hiring of a portable track to help publicise the university athletics club and the outdoor BUCS event we will compete in at the Olympic Stadium. However, this is still in the early stages. My aim in later lie is to give back what I have been given through athletics, and continue to help and coach young people.
