Sean makes us all proud and inspired! He ran the London Marathon in 2009 a superb achievement for someone who has had major heart surgery.I love running it's my life and I encourage friends and family to do the same. I ran the London Marathon and raised money for British Heart Foundation. Who i want to repay for the help and support they gave me and my familty through a very difficult time. I still run now and continue to raise money for other local charities. I have helped train others to fulfil their dream of running the London Marathon as it was one of the greatest achievments of my life and one I will never forget.
