Sarita Jarrett

Despite being in bed & in constant pain Sarita is always trying to help others through counselling. She brightens the day & changes lives!As I am the first woman in England to be fully certified in this type of counselling it is my hope to use my training and passion to help as many people as possible to deal with problems and learn to live a content life whatever circumstances they may face in life. This is not the end of it though as I also have a passion to pass on my training and resources to as many people as possible so that they too can help others. I would love to see people I train go on to train others so that the internal peace and contentment that I've found can be passed on to as many people as possible now and in the future. Even when not counselling I listen & try to understand & encourage everyone. People say that my attitude in severe illness is inspiring.
