Sarah Williamson

Sarah Williamson ,Front Office Manager took up the reigns of championing our employment of people with limited abilities. We had previously won many awards for our work with Remploy,Leonard Cheshire Disability ,Reuters and Job Centre Plus between 2005 and 2008.Sarah was reluctant at first however rose to the challenge and has not only overcome her own reservations but has also been instrumental in helping others turn theirs lives around.Sarah has made the opportunity available for many individuals to gain work experience at the hotel and 2 of these people have now gained a permanent role at HI Edinburgh.Sarah's commitment and coaching together with other Heads of departments involvement has resulted in this programme going from strentgh to strentgh.
