Sarah Wike

Sarah works with families of disabled children and children with additional needs. She meets people at the most difficult times in their lives and she always manages to put them at ease and get the very best for the children. I have never heard a bad word said about his lady and the families she helps will never forget what she does for them, she is amazing, the whole town respects and admires her. She has empowered and inspired so many families and enabled them to seek positive outcomes, without her help this just wouldn't happen. She is too modest to nominate herself for anything, but she would do this with pride and hopefully it will show her just how much she means to all the families of disabled children in Barnsley. Sarah also puts in so many voluntary hours that we all wonder when she sleeps! She is a true role model. A wonderful, caring, helpful, honest and hardworking lady who I am proud to know. She has picked me up from the lowest lows and helps us all to see what we can do with a positive attitude. Trust is rare these days - but this lady has so much invested in her, she never ever gives up on anybody!
