Sarah Thomas

From a young age Sarah has been a Young Carer, caring for both her parents but primarily for her Mum who has Multiple Sclerosis. Sarah has worked hard to draw attention to the needs of young carers, and in campaigning for the MS Society, and at the age of 12 posted a video on youtube highlighting the challenges young carers face. She has met with the PM, and the government is now considering a new strategy to support young carers. Sarah is a true inspiration, as well as being a hard working and conscientious student, and a wonderful young lady.
