Sarah Munro

I attended one of Sarah's fitness classes almost by chance and have never looked back. If there is ever an example of someone who is in the right job then it is Sarah. Sarah set up Fitness Chicks with redundancy money and has successfully grown the business over the last four years. Sarah has made an enormous difference to the health of many ladies in the South West of Edinburgh and beyond. Her classes are fun, varied and packed with ladies who are becoming fitter and happier. The variety of classes she runs means that there is something for ladies of all ages, from teenager to grannie. Sarah is always cheery, always kind and extremely hard working. Her business is successful because of her commitment, drive and unending enthusiasm. I am nominating Sarah as a 'thank you', a 'well done' and a 'keep up the good work'.
