Sara's nomination story

Sara provides invaluable support and has an innovative approach to increasing staff morale, motivation and their health and wellbeing. Sara is a busy mum holding down a full time She's an active member of her local church, leading the children' s liturgy group and cooking healthy & nutritious meals for the homeless. Sara has been actively involved in fund-raising for, children' s hospice. She's part of the Backing Young Britain Mentoring scheme, set up by the government to help unemployed young people get back into work. Sara is actively promoting the Walk4Life programme that's been set up to encourage families and adults to eat well, move more and live longer. Getting involved in cycling and the promotion of cycling especially for woman is her latest project. She is pro-actively involved in promoting the BREEZE cycling project which is the British Cycling's exciting new recreation programme.
