Sam Spencer

Sam has made an unbelievable contribution to sport within her own school and local community. She shows great passion and commitment and through her own dedication volunteers an incredible amount of time using sport to make a difference and motivate the young people whose lives she touches.

She's volunteered her time at numerous sporting tournaments and events, offering support and assistance, undertaking organisational and logistic tasks as well as using her knowledge and skills in sport to support, coach and develop the young people she works with. her enthusiasm has given 100's of young people across Worcestershire who are just starting out on their life journey the inspiration to choose sport through enabling these events to take place and providing them with a positive experience at what is a crucial age.

In times when often young people receive bad press Sam provides a true role model. She's not afraid to be different and definitely stands out in her ability to always be smiling. She is special in the way that no matter what life throws at her she always feels herself to be lucky and looks to help those that are worse off.

always willing to volunteer her time and inspires and motivates those around her to do the same. She is motivating and developing the next generation of volunteers, particularly through the student community for which the impact she is having should not be underestimated. She is mature beyond her years and I'm very honoured and proud to have met her
