Sally Ricketts

Sally was diagnosed with breast cancer originally 12 years ago, she overcame this and was in remission for several years. She was diagnosed with further cancers last year and given a few months to live. in true form she has fought this and refused to let it beat her, researching the internet, trying an alternative diet and treatments not readily available. She has now stabilised this and her determination has never waivered. I have never met such a happy go lucky woman who has challenged everything that has been thrown at her and refuses to give up. She comes to work and is one of the most cheerful members of staff we have, she never complains and is always willing. Her mother is now battling cancer and she remains positive for her and is going to care for her during her recovery. I just find her truly inspirational and never cease to be amazed at her positive attitude and cheery smile.
