Sally Howarth

I only started running about 9 years ago and was already a V35. I have tried my hand at short track races and ran most distances up to a marathon. I am now in training for my first 100 mile fell race having completed a 50 miler last year. I am a level one coach to the seniors at my local club and have recently started to coach the under 11's. I really hope to further my coaching experience and gain the next level. I get real satisfaction when one of my seniors or someone I am 1-1 coaching comes to me saying they have achieved a PB in a race and it's because of the training they are doing with me. I hope to bring the youngsters forward to becoming seniors themselves and help make them confident when competing in their future races.she is an amasing runner does cross country very dedicated would make her dreams come true and a big big treat for her
