Ryan Mclaughlin

Ryan McLaughlin is an amazing young teenager who created the shine on Scotland campaign and is leading the worldwide war against multiple sclerosis. He has won many awards including a pride of Britain award and just recently voted in in Britain`s top 100 people by the Independent on Sunday -Happy list. His own passion is taekwondo, his mother was a European champion before being struck down by Multiple Sclerosis. Ryan currently holds several titles including world champion, European champion, Scottish champion and 5 times Scottish champion but sadly his association is not included in the Olympic games. Ryan is a perfect candidate to carry the Olympic torch he represents everything that is great about Britain and is an exemplary sportsman.
